The AASM Foundation is excited to announce our NEW 2024 Sleep Team Travel Grant, which will open on January 8, 2024. This grant supports first-time attendance at the for non-physician members of the sleep team, such as sleep technologists and advanced practice providers.
The Sleep Team Travel Grant provides a $2,000 grant for SLEEP 2024 travel and registration expenses.
ELIGIBILITY
The following individuals are eligible to apply:
- AASM members who are registered sleep technologists (or eligible to sit for the registry examination) or advanced practice providers.
REVIEW CRITERIA AND PROCESS
The AASM Foundation Development Council will evaluate and score all submitted applications. Factors from the personal statement that will be taken into consideration include:
- Commitment to Sleep Health
- Impact on Professional Development
- Need
Please note that grants will prioritize first-time attendance for sleep team members, and we strongly encourage indicating this in the application. If you know someone who would be interested in this grant, but they aren’t an AASM member, please encourage them to learn about AASM Membership, and encourage them to also apply for this travel grant.
