All attendees are responsible for booking their own travel to and from the meeting. Travel must be booked on or before March 21, 2026 to be eligible for reimbursement.

The AASM Foundation will reimburse travel expenses for faculty, fellows, and trainees. Please reference the Travel Reimbursement Guidelines for further detail on allowable expenses:

Faculty, fellows and trainees will be provided with an Uber voucher for transportation between O’Hare International Airport or Midway International Airport and the Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago.

If traveling by car, please park in the hotel parking garage. The cost of parking will be billed to the AASM Foundation for faculty, fellows and trainees.
