This grand round lecture will feature Candice Alfano, PhD, DBSM, in developing and implementing a sleep education program for foster care workers and parents. Learners should attend the seminar series to understand practice and sleep health gaps, and how the AASM Foundation-funded work addressed those gaps through project findings.

Key topics will include:

• Impact of trauma on sleep health in foster care
• Current practices and knowledge gaps in addressing sleep problems in foster care
• Development and implementation of trauma-informed sleep health workshops
