DESCRIPTION:The July Sleep Grand Rounds features Dr. Justin Fiala from Northwestern University. He discusses his personal efforts to improve access to care\, as well as his AASM Foundation grant CHI PAP: Community Health Initiative for Patient-Centered Apnea Programs. \nKey topics will include: \n• Sleep care access in low-resource communities\n• The CHI-PAP model\, which involves triage/referral\, diagnostic testing\, CPAP initiation\, and long-term follow-up \nAASM Foundation webinars are free and open to everyone. Participants are encouraged to attend the seminar series to gain insight into the practice and sleep health gaps.
